Calling All Food Trucks!

Kinetic Universe is looking for food trucks to cater the Kinetic Grand Championship Awards Dinner at Bellotti Hall, at the Ferndale Fairgrounds on Monday, May 27th, 2024. The event runs from 5 PM to 7:30 PM and we expect around 400 guests. Vendors can set up as early as 3:30 PM.

Meals will be paid for by Kinetic Universe. Each attendee will receive a meal ticket valued at $17. Vendors will need to offer a $17 high protein "racer meal" for attendees that includes a drink and can be prepared quickly. Attendees may choose the "racer meal" or build their own meal. If they choose to build their own meal, and the cost exceeds $17, the attendee will pay the difference. Vendors will collect meal tickets, and a Kinetic Universe volunteer will write a check to the vendor based on the number of meal tickets collected. We do not expect any walk-ups, Vendors will be paid the same night as the event. We will be booking four to five trucks to ensure lines move quickly. 

Vendors must attend a vendor meeting via Zoom prior to the event, date TBD.
